Prepare Monthly financial report and yearly financial statements.
Assist External Auditor for the yearly audit and filing of tax returns.
Review and approve supplier’s payments and reconciliation.
Prepares monthly payroll and uploads WPS SIF files.
Prepares monthly cash projection reports, yearly budget, and forecast.
Prepares cost benefit analysis.
Provides analysis of operating costs and organizations’ income and expenditure for each outlet.
Review bank reconciliation and monitoring company funding analysis
Implemented financial control for company policies and procedures.
Prepares business plan and forecast report for the potential business concepts.
Prepares food costing analysis and menu engineering.
Implements POS system and integration of POS to inventory management (ERP System and) and accounting system.
Duties and Responsibilities: ❖ Directly reporting to the Chief Finance Officer ❖ Ensure all supporting documents are provided ❖ Provide analysis operating costs and organizations' income and expenditure for each outlets ❖ Review and audit correct coding systems and cost center ❖ Prepare monthly financial reports ( Profit and Loss per outlet) to be submitted to Chief Finance Officer and CEO ❖ Prepare budget and comparative report versus actual ❖ Prepare all monthly closing transaction related to accruals and provisions ❖ Prepare requirements for the yearly audit ❖ Record Salaries, Provisions and Reconciliation of WPS and accrued salaries and transfersalaries through WPS online banking ❖ Responsible for the Fund transfer and monitoring of Funds ❖ Review accounts ledger related to profit and loss and make sure all transactions are recorded timely, accurately and complete.
Duties and Responsibilities: ❖ Regular financial audits and review of internal controls of manufacturing, trading, service and other industries; ❖ Accounting assistance of manufacturing, trading industries distributors, financing and real estate; ❖ Management Consultancy related services ❖ Preparation of audit, regulatory and other financial reports. This includes financial statements, income tax ❖ returns, management letters and other reports required by regulatory agencies like BIR and SEC ❖ Preparation of internal control memorandum pointing out weaknesses in internal control and recommendation of ❖ ways to improve controls ❖ Performance of substantive testing to transactions that support account balances and verifying validity of ❖ transactions ❖ Preparation of monthly financial statements and monthly bank reconciliation statements, review of thecompany's recorded transactions and review of cash/check disbursements ❖ Bookkeeping or recording of clients' daily transactions ❖ Conduct of agreed upon procedures for audit of certain accounts and preparation of audit findings memo ❖ Performance of agreed upon procedures for the application with the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) for functional currency financial statements ❖ Payroll processing
