Summary of Duties:
• Supervising, monitoring and enforcing of the safety policies and procedures approved by the client and management.
• Supervise site monitoring & inspection to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that, health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
• Insure that a program of job hazard analysis, job safety analysis and risk assessment is in place in all of the company work sites. Reviewed procedure for compliance with applicable laws and safety codes
• Monitor if Secured and renewed specific permits for plans and other specific works such as filling permit, hot work permit, lock out/tag out permit, confined space entry permit
• Supervise/Conduct routine job site inspection identify, report and recommend corrective actions in every unsafe condition.
• Supervise the area routine site inspection including inspections of machinery and equipment in use and work systems in operation.
• Conduct incident/accident investigations, records, reports, and evaluates, develop and review the company safety plan or program as the case maybe.
• Monitor the safety standards of the company to manage the delivery and strategies in close cooperation with group providers.
• Control health and safety and commercial risks, thus ensuring effective cost control.

Summary of Duties:
• Supervise site surveys / patrols to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that, health and safety requirements are being observed, and welfare facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
• Supervising for the dissemination monitoring and enforcing of the safety policies and procedures approved by the management.
• Supervise the area routine site inspection including inspections of machinery and equipment in use and work systems in operation.
• Insure that a program of risk assessment is in place in all of the company work sites.
• Supervise/Conduct routine job site inspection identify, report and recommend corrective actions in every unsafe condition.
• Conduct incident/accident investigations, records, reports, and evaluates, develop and review the company safety plan or program as the case maybe.

• Determine the cause of any incident including near misses and recommend means of preventing their recurrence. Supervise the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss.
• Regularly check fire fighting and emergency rescue equipment. Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and safety Literature.
• Circulate information applicable to each level of employees.
• Stop the job whenever unsafe acts or conditions are noted or in the absence of required safe work permits / safe work plans.
• Supervise/Conduct routine job site inspection identify, report and recommend corrective actions in every unsafe condition.
• Closely Supervision/monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit required confined space entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, energize equipment.
• Carries out daily site surveys to ensure: only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used.
• Supervise regarding safety for commissioning stage of Electrical, PipingMechanical, Civil activities.
