* Assigned to Sales Department - Busway / ATS / Power Quality
* Involved in the engineering design & commission of EATON’s Low & Medium Voltage Busways, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) & Power Quality solutions by working in tandem with the Medium Voltage & Low Voltage switchgear teams of EATON and other manufacturers.
* Involved in actively coordinating with EATON Dubai’s Medium voltage switchgear team on Utility projects to plan pre-testing activity, keeping in-house equipment calibration certificates, staging testing & making non-conformity reports and Witness testing records for close-out documentation.
* Involved in assisting Sales Team, Channel Partners & Customers in Pre & Post sales commercial & technical queries
* Support Sales Team to achieve yearly profit plan numbers by ensuring on-time engineering & manufacture releases & assisting Channel partners & Contractors to install & energize the supplied products.
* Site activities include conducting the following testing procedures on EATON or 3rd party sourced and calibrated equipment’s:
- Hi-Potential Testing - Up to 28kV
- Insulation Resistance & Continuity Testing
- Contact Resistance Test
- Joint alignment & Torqueing of LV & MV Busways & End equipment terminations into Transformer & Switchgear and thermal imaging for hot-spots
* Assigned to Low Voltage Product Department - Busway.
* Support estimation department in preparing techno-commercial offers.
* Support LV Switchgear and Project Teams in generating material submittal and response to compliance statement, engineering design drawings & factory Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacture on tender and projects under execution.
* Support client in site supervision, installation instruction training, testing and commissioning.
* Assigned to Marketing - Busway.
* Support Sales Team, Channel Partners & Customers in pre & post sales commercial & technical queries.
* Involved in generating techno-commercial offers, material submittal and response to compliance statement, engineering design drawings & factory Bill of Materials (BOM) on tender and projects under execution.
* Support client in site supervision, installation instruction training, testing and commissioning.
* Attend meeting with consultant, contractor and client for technical clarification.
* Attend quality claims with customer; liaise with factory claim management team for resolution.
* Assigned to Power EMEAS - Busway Sales Department.
* Responsible in preparing 2D & 3D engineering design drawings as per site measurement in coordination with other MEP services & civil contractor, as per local utility regulations.
* Responsible in preparing Factory Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacture.
* Responsible in preparing Technical Submittal, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Method Statement and As-Built Drawings for client submittals.
* Responsible in preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from tender drawings for project quotation submission.
* Support client in site supervision, installation instruction training, testing and commissioning.
* Assigned to Enterprise Networking & Security Solutions (ENS) Department.
* Involve in preparing Structured Cabling Network (SCN) CAD drawings and designs for project permits, proposals or implementation of the Dubai Terminal 3 Airport Project.
* CADD preparation of shop drawings and proposed revision of plans for approval and implementation of drawings: CCTV, SCN RING/STAR Network, TELEPHONE-PABX and BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM architecture.
* Design, Draw and Update Cable Containment layout (CC), Schematic Diagram (SD), Technical Room Layout (TR), Backbone Cabling Wiring Layout (BA) and Technical Room Cabinet Details Configurations and Wiring Details (WT).
