Build a new single container for all the online aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Mashkor, etc), which can be installed in the POS machine for the store staff to easily manage and the company can remove all the extra hardwares from the store. With this cancellation of the online orders can be reduced.
Furnishing Technical leadership to the team in resolving issues and fixing defects. Troubleshooting the Root cause Analysis for every issue reported by the Business users under ITSM framework.
