Respond to customer request that have been escalated from the Team Leader.
Primary job is to understand clients Business requirements and provide solutions to meet them.
Executes transition as per prescribed timelines and guidelines and followed all predefined procedures with the objective to meet SLA target and to ensure that the performance parameters are met and executed with in the guide

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Etherway connection, modification on the flows /channels and ceasing the connections as per customer request.
