Rooms, relaxation areas, locker facilities, Turkish and Moroccan Hammam. & Separate
Spa Parking. Handled all the projects from the pre-opening to the operation.

▪ Creation of all SOP related to Spa operations & treatment protocols.

aspects of the Spa Operation, driving key elements such as marketing and promotions, operating
criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training.

o Sainte Anne Resort and spa is the only international hotel out of 9 Beachcomber Properties
with 79 Providence, 3Bell Air, 4 Bell View & 1 Royal Villa with three bedrooms
o SPA: Spa by CLARINS features 9 massage rooms one hydrotherapy room, Saloon, relaxing
Pool, two wet area, relaxing pool changing rooms and outdoor and indoor Fitness Centre & 2
tennis court. Managing and motivating the Team of 9 therapists, 3 gym instructors, and 2
attendants and 2 Spa Receptionists

o Responsibilities & Key achievements include: Proposed the spa brochures, set up
the standards for spa and gym. Responsible for the training of spa staff and the spa
receptionist in terms of guest handling and cashiering. Including the monthly revenue
report generating the daily finance report, therapist checklists, inventories, duty-roster, and
product ordering and co-coordinating with the purchasing dep’t for the stock. HERBLINE,
LOREAL, BIOTIQUE & HERBAL Products.
▪ Trained all the fresh staff in new designed therapies.
▪ Conducted the trainings for spa receptionist in terms of guest welcoming,
bookings, sales technique handling the gym membership, allocating the
treatments to therapist cashiering & closing.
▪ Promoted the membership turnover through tale marketing and public relations.
Also, was recommended for the new opening team member for Grand Hyatt
Dubai.
