Provides day to day administrative support to the Principal, including setting of appointments, Correspondence to parents, faculty and monitoring other administrative functions of the administration department.
Liaise with the head office for all new staff requirements, preparing Teacher/ Staff contracts, other confidential documents and other HR issues.
Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database.

Generating business for the hotel by actively interacting corporate clients on daily basis inside and outside the hotel.
Handling contracting organizing Corporate, Private Events/Birthday Parties/Meetings/Conferences and other related queries for pre events.
Developing business new leads for the company through market research and networking. Initiating business development via sales calls to corporate clients concentrating primarily on high profile segments like IT/Constructions/Education and Training companies also handled PR/Media and Event management companies.

Maintaining corporate profiles on Fidelio-Sales & Catering
