- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
office
- Responsible for answering and directing phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Assist with all aspects of administrative management and directory maintenance.
- Handle all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
- Managing files and data entry of business cards, catalogues and brochures.
- Ensure efficient day to day operation of the office and support the work of management and
other staff.
- Handling Reson8 SMS application which allows customers to send single or bulk messages.
- Managing bulk e-mail campaigns for customers, data upload and report generation.
- Preparation of delivery status and monthly reports for presentation to the management.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner which helps
promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales quotation and invoices preparation for customers.
- Responsible to successfully achieve sales targets, and report to the management on routine activities.
- Perform sales activities and generate new client base for the product sales.
- Follow up with existing customers and keep them updated on product information and seek their feedback on services offered.
- Promote products & services to the existing client base.
