• I started analysis of the project looking at the current state of the application, moved on to the gap analysis between current state and to be state.
• The JAD session was facilitated and conducted by myself, taking care of this functionality I was able to take care of requirements of analysis requirements from the raw data.
• The documents like business requirement documents and functional requirements documents created by me.
• I created the sequential flow of the functional requirements document which also included the win frames how user interfaces look like..
• Interact with business representatives to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop enhancements to the existing system, coordinate testing, and perform change management/training for BI Reporting and applications.
• Gathered all the information regarding the modeling part especially in the sales part.
• Created all the use case diagrams to developers to make sure the implementation is well understood.
• This project followed the agile methodology which the project has split into many sprints and took responsibility to give presentation every month to the customers.
• Understand SAP standard content to satisfy Business requirements, but also possess the capability to enhance/customize where necessary.
• I am a great communicator who interacted with the client for requirement gathering, designing and reporting.
• Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical team.
• Coordinating with the stake holders to translate the business requirements into actual project plan.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into over 20 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Identifying deficiencies in business systems.
• Highlighting risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Monitor the completed tickets with appropriate testing tools.
• Provide the support to development by reviewing the Application Design document and testing team.
• Reviewing the Test Cases during development and testing phase.
• Performing research on implementing new enhancements, competitor and market analysis for higher management.
