• Planning and executing departmental budgets; involved in the budget planning at executive level as well as responsible for the direct supervision of daily department expenditure.

• Designing and implementing the operations department policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Assisted management in placing the policies for the department based on the companies goals and objectives and ensuring the appropriate procedures are adhered to.
