Scope of works:aluminum curtain wall, alumium cladding, aluminum windows and doors, glass handrail, aluminum louver and glass partition.
• Managing the project’s on-site matters and communication with the Design, Drafting, & Manufacture Departments .
• Preparing of all project documentation.
• Preparing submittals including work shop drawings, samples, materials and mockup.
• Solving technical issues face our team at site.
• Monitoring project’s cost and cashflow.
• Managing time and manpower.
• Monitoring progress of all subcontractors
• Monitoring project Quality Control and ensuring installation as per drawings, method statement & specs.
• Preparing payment certificate according to the progress of works and follow up its approval and the release of the payment by the Client.
• Preparing cutting list & job orders.
• Prepare reports on the progress of work on site for the project manager for review and approval
• Review as built drawings
• Handing over the executed works to the Client.
• Keep alert on current construction technologies and current material.
- Good Knowledge of aluminum systems for Curtain Walls, Doors and Windows such as Hueck Hartmann, Gulf Extrusion, White Aluminum, Al Gaber.
- Estimation Manger :
• Analyze tender/job documents for aluminum/steel/Stainless steel windows & doors, Curtain walls, Glazing Works, Railing Works, Canopy, Shading Works & Metal works.
• Study the project contract drawings and its general and particular specifications
• Estimate Quantity & Cost Of Materials (Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel & Glazing).
• Preparing Enquiry for suppliers.
• Making full breakdown for the cost & preparing quotation with full technical data as per specs.
• Analyze tender/job documents & drawings for aluminum/steel windows & doors, Aluminum Curtain walls, spider façade, Glazing Works, Railing Works, Canopy, Shading Works, Cladding Works & Structural and non structural metal works.
• Supervise Installation & Execution on site and ensure compliance with the drawings and contract.
• Prepare reports on the progress of work on site for the project manager for review and approval .
• Review as built drawings.
• Study the project contract drawings and it’s general and particular specifications.
• Estimate Cost Of Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel & Glazing Projects.
• Payments, variation orders, price analysis & handling with official parties.
• Preparing Quotation with full technical data.
• Preparing method statement, compliance statement and any other technical documents.
• Preparing submittals including work shop drawings, samples, materials and mockup.
• Supervise Installation & Execution on site and ensure compliance with the drawings and contract for civil works.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Preparing reports as required.
