- Work on correspondence, reports, publications and presentations.
- Follow up vice president's agenda.
- Prepare and maintain vice president's for operation expense report.
- Work on payment requests and payment certificates for all contractors/suppliers and work on cashflow of all projects.
- Responsible of all shipments freight with coordination with the government department and customs clearance office at the borders.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Setup vice president's for operation travel arrangements.
- Maintain hard copy, electronic filing system and faxing.
- Setup and coordinate with courier for shipment.
- Research, price, and purchase the materials & office furniture and supplies.
- Coordinate project-based work.

Prepare contracts, circulars, and concerned letters related to employees in station.
Follow-up vacations of the employees and the settlements.
Prepare the final settlements to end of services.
Follow up Gozi (addition, deletion, and issue their settlement).
Follow-up the government departments issues through expediters.
Prepare the monthly report to high management office.
Follow-up attendance sheet to all employees.
Setup appointments by procurement office inboard / outboard Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate and follow up authorization certificates for doctors, nurses, and any other medical careers.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
Maintain calendar.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
