• Managing the organisation including all divisions and staff, running the company and maintaining contact with
a partner organisation as well as various different branches and offices across Europe
• Communicating with company Directors to schedule and coordinating meetings of the Executive Committee
and the Board of Trustees, as well as supporting public relations activities alongside staff teams
• Responsible for the preparation and finalisation of accounts and internal auditing, as well as monitoring
compliance with the annual budget
• Overseeing the rental of company assets, managing company resources within the UK and Europe and
participating in the distribution of funds
• Manage and implement the Board of Trustees business and strategic plan, including the development of a
succession and risk management plan
• Implementing company cultures and values and lead the HR in establishing company policies and procedures
