- ERP System Applications Support: Maintain inquiries, quotations, sales orders, updating database, and generate weekly reports to the management and to the European head office.

• Helped in establishing several policies/procedures in the company's QMS (Quality Management System) along with the quality department.
• Enhanced, technically, the company profile to get the accreditations as an approved vendor in cable tray systems. (approved from ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, SATORP, SASREF, SWCC, etc.)
• Enhanced in developing a new product line for commercial market (light-duty products) since our products (heavy-duty) are designed for industrial market.
