Project management for the following products, Oracle ERP eBusiness suite Finance, new General Core insurance system and new Medical Core insurance system.
Business Architect of middleware integration layer between all applications (Microsoft Share Point, Oracle CRM Siebel and Core Insurance systems General, Medical and Life) to work as Enterprise Service Bus.
Constantly interact with the senior management to advise and update the status of project portfolio, recourses planning and ensure smooth running of projects.

Project Manager for Oracle ERP eBusiness suite Finance
Responsible for managing ERP solution project to achieve the agreed milestones on time, within budget and require quality standard as well planning and monitoring. The following module implemented:
-General Ledger
-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Fixed Assets
-Cash Management
-Oracle Treasury
-Purchasing
The main duties:
-Create and execute project work plans
-Identify recourse needed and assign individual responsibilities
-Manage day to day operational aspects
-Effectively apply Agile methodology
-Prepare for engagement reviews specially in requirements gathering phase.
-Minimize the exposure and maintain the risks
-WSR
-Data Migration of financial transaction (1½ year data).
Project Manager for ESKA General and Medical core insurances system,
Managing entire project life cycle and ensure business requirements delivered. The following modules & areas implemented:
-Underwriting
-Claims
-Approval engine
-Mobile application.
-Data Migration
The main duties:
-supervise and coordinate all the activities
-plan out an organizational structure to bring out ease and flow in the task
-determine the resources required for the purpose of production.
-Appling our methodology and enforce project standards
-status reports and presenting them to higher managing authorities
-Data base administrator (Oracle & SQL server) for 4 branches in KSA, as well Coordinate with other GCC branches.
-Designed & implementing of insurance package.
-Defining requirement for application change.
-Report development on applications.
-Trains users on application.
-Coordinate with other IT support in Gulf as well as the vendor in France and India.
Projects & Activities
-Project Manager for electronic integrations with Najm and General Traffic Department (El-Elm) to transfer certain Motor insurance certificates from our system to their system.
-Project Manager for electronic integrations with CCHI (Council of Cooperative Health Insurance) designed and implemented their requirement in our Systems - CIRIS and transfer the data
-Designed web-based application for IT Help Tracker using ASP and SQL Server. To keep track of application issues (errors, bugs and new requirement )
-Designed for Motor Insurance new requirement as required by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Motor Regulation.
