• Planning and budget the cost of new category for auditing.
• Contact and maintain good relationship with key clients & identify the new business opportunities.
• Back check field work (Spot check, Accompany and call back) and editing data.
• Keeps tracking the status of the panel and maintain the required parameters/ target panel structure and replaces the lost outlets in the same period as per the statistic requirement.
• Provide training to auditors especially at the start of each period, giving adequate awareness of new categories, sample collection from prior meeting. Apart from this needs to deliver training to all group of auditors.
• Prepare regional wise field visit plan for field auditors to acquire data from the retail Panels.
• Tracking and Inform the field manager about the new products launch/ fluctuation in the market or any other changes in description & prices.
• Assisting the field manager in organizing and supervising the field operation.
• Arranging the delivery of gifts to the office and distributing them to each assigned auditors.
• Tracking and documenting each auditor’s field performance through review report, which is submitting to the field manager for the yearly appraisal.
• Ensure the accuracy of the product lists.
• Participation of full census and conducting sample census throughout in Qatar.
• Plan & Conduct monthly team meeting for review.
• Preparing and submitting various reports & presentations to top level Management.
• Responsible to answer all related queries from various departments
• Responsible for installation quality.
• Report to the superiors about the daily work.
• Confirm the daily appointments by phone.
• Lead the activities of technician and helpers.
• Preparing time sheets for daily work.
• Attends all the queries of customers.
