Responsibilities
•Responsible for managing a portfolio of very high profile key accounts like Jawad group, Imdaad, Damac properties, Al Habthoor group and to name a few
•Essentially responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
•Maintaining and developing excellent relationship with customers and handling accounts related queries via telephones and emails.
•Ensuring that the clients are maintaining their monthly payments.
•Communicating with debt collecting agencies.
•Managing Credit control & Payment follow up with corporate customers
•Introducing new attractive rental package for corporate / individual customers
•Identifying scope of improvement within current business process, practices and initiating measures to ensure continuous improvement
