Chaired Duties & Responsibilities
Project (Lease) Calculation:-
Coordinate with operational (Sales) team to understand the customer needs and to obtain the Bid Note to make customized Calculation or Standard Calculation.
Work with Procurement to ensure exact vehicle and spec and if required to provide alternative.
Share the vehicle and its full spec with modifications if any to Used Vehicle Selling Dept.
Prepare Project Summary with KPI for the lease period and best possible Monthly Lease Rate per vehicle and submit to higher management review and approval.
Re calculates if required (in case of negotiation, vehicle update, customer target etc.).
Chase with Operation team for its productivity call.
Management reporting ( In-House & HQ ) :-
Monthly financial reporting with YoY, and budget comparison.
Supplemental data submission for Line of business (Spot (Daily), Lease, Project & Used Car).
Quarterly reporting to Head Quarter with customized requirements.
Monthly Rolling Forecast for the next required period with foot notes for assumption.
Yearly Budget Report with assumptions and previous year actual and its presentation.
Internal control:-
Liaising with sales team for the full attainments of the revenue and GP commitments.
Bridge analysis of all income statement items with comments.
Special notes for unusual or extraordinary items.
Ensure the whole team is bounds in compliance with policies & procedure and provide training whenever and or wherever required.
Suggests improving effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process.
Chaired Duties & Responsibilities
Management reporting ( Local Saudi, RHQ UAE & Corp HQ USA) :-
Weekly forecast of condensed income statement factors, revenue, opex and OI.
Weekly forecast of cash conversion cycle.
Monthly financial reporting with YoY, forecast and budget comparison.
Yearly Budget Report with assumptions and previous year actual and its presentation.
Internal audit & control:-
Daily treasury report comprising net cash in and out with opening and ending balances.
Monthly internal financial statements and its foot notes.
Detailed schedule with movements and footnotes for all balance sheet items and reconcile with its corresponding P&L items.
Ensure the whole team is bounds in compliance with policies & procedure and provide training whenever and or wherever required.
Managerial Duties & Responsibilities
Supervising the daily transaction and making correction if needed to keep the system updated.
Maintain financial computer data base and manual filing system for future access.
Ensuring supports to the revenue wings by providing them related reports at its best earliest.
Communicate with vendors, customers, banks and other related parties to keep relationships.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing the Final Audit at time limit.
Other duties are assigned.
