• To maintain a friendly professional manner with all guest/client according to high standards i.e. KPIs, Matrix & SLA.
• To provide a wide range of high quality environmental services within a designated area in accordance with the developed cleaning programme and including the prescribed quality and safety standards.
• To ensure that everyone in the team is correctly dressed in accordance with the Grooming Standard.
• To Manager the Supervisor and contractor to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Reporting all defects of equipment, furniture and fittings, including electrical, Plumbing and furniture’s.

• Follow up on housekeeping, contractors, logistics preparations for events, and other marketing/ events planning departments.
• Monitor the performance of the FM service contractor regarding soft services.

* Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and order.
* Supervised/Assist the window/façade cleaning using cradle.
* Preparation of Housekeeping supplies weekly and monthly inventory report.
* Maintaining the stocks level as per requirement raising of Purchasing Order (PO) through company
COINS access.
* Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and makes
recommendations to management.
* Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patron’s complaints.
* Records data regarding work assignment, personnel actions, and prepares periodic reports.
* Conducting of Audits and inspection with FM Team.
* Raising of Work Order/Ticket for Maintenance work.
* Maintains good relationships with co-worker, subordinate and client.
* Ensuring that equipment is safe to use and in good working condition.
* Motivating and encouraging staff to work efficiently and achieve a high standard of work.
* Checking through regular visits to all buildings across the site, that cleaning duties have been carried
out to a high standard.
* Maintaining safe and hygienic working practices with due regard for self and others.
* Maintaining the Colour Coding standard as Per BICS standard.
* Working as per Method Statement, Risk Assessment & COSHH Assessment standard.
* Preparing of Daily shift report and any additional work completion report.
* Providing on the job training for the newly/fresh Cleaners/Janitors to maintain the required
level of cleaning standard.
* Supervised, purchasing and inventory of pantry consumables.
* Supervised the Gardening work having knowledge about planting and irrigation work.
