Receiving work requests for Shutdown/ Turnaround Mechanical Maintenance in SAP from all the Plant Divisions.
Reviewing and screening each request for completeness, accuracy and necessity.
Preparing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each maintenance work request, identifies the resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment’s or External Services) essential for the efficient execution of each component of WBS.
Raising requisitions in the system for the stock spares.
Preparation of plan for the shutdown work orders of all areas after field verification in order to facilitate timely completion of tasks.
Preparing and review backlog reports and take necessary action to achieve a minimum level of backlog.
Providing inputs to the Mechanical Engineers for spares requiring Direct Purchase actions.
Preparing and following for Shutdown / Turnaround work scope in Planning and Scheduling software Primavera;Network Plans for individual jobs and Schedules for individual jobs.
Actively Participating in preparation of Tender Document for Shutdown / Turnaround.
Monitoring & follow up the status of Shutdown / Turnaround materials.
Preparing job packages for the Shutdown / Turnaround jobs.
Collecting daily job updates and participating in progress loading activity in Primavera to generate daily progress reports during execution stage, identifying bottlenecks and recommends actions for rectification.
Preparation of daily planning sheet for the Shutdown / Turnaround jobs.
Assisting in project closing activities like;
History loading and work order closing.
Preparation of Shutdown / Turnaround Manager’s report.
Preparation of Shutdown / Turnaround Performance KPI
Collection of any other Shutdown and Turnaround Data for analysis.
Involved in all aspects of Day-to Day Mechanical Maintenance Planning as and when required by the Management.
Strictly adhering to all the HSE norms including the use of PPE and ensures the compliance of the same by all the personnel working in his area.
Preparing and implementing production plans effectively to utilize the overall plant capacities.
Involved in production planning at start of every month according to the customer demand.
Documenting all reports related to production through deriving reports from SAP.
Analyzing daily/weekly shortages interacting with supply modules & try to avoid the same.
Preserving discipline according to Company policies & safety rules.
Preparing management information Status (MIS) reports to ensure progress in the department.
Analyzing Material Requirement through MRP Implementation.
Preparing Maintenance Schedule plan and coordinating with manufacturer for periodic preventive maintenance to avoid un-expected breakdown.
Preparation of Baseline Program in Primavera P6 listing all maintenance activities forecasted for the period.
Prepared charts, diagrams, graphs and presentations to illustrate execution issues.
Developed budget control methods to curb project costs while ensuring safety.
Prepared analysis reports to track the progress of each phase of construction.
Analyzed production requirements and systems operations capacities.
Interface with the Client regarding Claims on Milestones providing information of delays and track the delays to avoid Liquidated Damages/Plenty.
Generation of Status Report of the Project highlighting the delayed critical activities impact on the project.
Identifying the un-spelled items in the original BOQ and preparation of the extra work claims.
Working in close coordination with the execution team to identify and raise technical queries to remove any bottlenecks that may hampers the overall progress.
