Estimation:
• Scrutiny of tender documents
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
• Propose alternative of specified specifications from our product range based on lumen, beam angle, Color temperature and IP ratings.
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of Product
• Make offer, technical submittals & compliance statements.
• Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies
• Maintaining documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
• Assisting in compiling of tenders
• Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires
Sales Support:
• To develop and execute sales & marketing plans to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and/or services.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes.
• Follow-up of quotations with Consultant, Main Contractors & clients, technically or commercially to finalize orders.
• Prepare accurate & timely sales report on monthly basis.
• Prepare accurate & timely activity reports on a weekly basis.
• Specify the products & services provided by the company with consultants, contractors, developers & end users to solicit inquiries, apprise them of new modified services.
• Follow-up payments & other commercial activities.
• Maintain effective customer relations to ensure position in market.
• Arrange information for estimating inquiries, facilitate the completion of pricing for tenders/quotations/inquiries, prepare the related documentation & submit the quotations to the relevant agencies.
• Maintain a regular follow-up procedure, support, negotiate & provide additional information to the client, in order to secure project award.
• Continue to maintain relationships with clients/consultants/contractors subsequent to project award & provide clarifications & coordination support between the company & client.
• Coordination with QA/QC Engineer in receiving and inspection materials at site.
• Regular review/progress meeting with the project team, Consultant, sub-contractor, and contractor personnel on the actual site execution status and plan for required resources to meet the project target schedule/plans.
• Assuring safety measure require for the project.
• Over all coordination with QA/QC Engineer, Project Engineer, other Engineers at site and sub-contractors for materials, equipment’s etc.
• Monitoring and control of the relevant company procedure to ensure that they are followed correctly. Rectify and implement any deficiencies reported through nonconformance reports.
• Workings under the direction of senior engineers participate in the specification, design, and documentation.
• Visiting on sites verifying equipment and reporting to the management.
• Responsible for keeping track records of the finances involved while the work.
• Report to the electrical engineer in the case of the discrepancies in safety measures or installation procedures.
• Assist Electrical Engineer in installation and maintenances of electrical systems.
• Monitor and report status to management on regular basis.
• Supervise project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Supervision of Site Works and Installation Works.
• Verifying the defect and report to the seniors.
• Speedy and sound decision-making based on analysis
Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India during the academic year 2009 to 2013 and passed in first class
Higher Secondary School from Board of Intermediate, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh India during the academic year 2007 to 2009 with Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry as the main Subjects.
