Key Deliverables:
Responsible for daily warehouse and shipping areas including filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.

Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season.
Direct logistics/fulfillment management experience, comprising both a salaried workforce and agency strong workforce, in a logistics, or distribution/warehousing environment.

Key Deliverables:
•Responsible for the overall performance, equity, distribution of ITC's various categories ranging from Cigarettes to Personal Care to Food products business across territories in 2 states (Tamilnadu & Andhra Pradesh)
•Responsible to plan and implement marketing inputs, estimate sales, achieve the planned targets & P&L for the all the above mentioned categories of products.
•To co-ordinate with the sales team to plan the annual targets by preparing MIS reports, to estimate sales for the assigned markets, to handle face-to-face selling of products to outlets across various channels, ensure efficient and cost- effective distribution of the products.

•Manage and monitor the allocated marketing budget across activities and initiatives and ensure that spending is within the approved budget and in line with sales achievements.

•Have closely worked with the Brand Team to execute Market- level and Outlet level branding solutions & promos.
