 Generate leads and meet new customers
 Secure new business, identify & develop new services
 Prepare sales plans and reports
 Conduct customer presentations and detail sales proposals
 Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the freight management departments all relevant company policies and departmental expectations.
 Manage and organize work efforts by prospecting, developing and closing new business in conjunction with local management.

 Maintain constant familiarization of product offerings and developments.
 Execute / manage day to day enquiries/operations of import and export for air and ocean freight.
 Lead preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and follow-ups on payments.
 Enhancing and building solid long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
 Negotiated cheaper rates with all service providers and major overseas partners.
 Coordination with the customs broker.
 Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill clients’ needs.
 Research and maintain current Information regarding top customers and their requirements.
 Maintain relationships with operational management and staff to ensure ongoing customer service and support
 Communicate business plan as required to the Sales Manager
