Responsible for control of quality activities at site. Site Management Representative in QMS activities. Set up and monitor QA/QC activities at site. Preparation of project quality plans and takes approval from Site Management and Quality Manager HO and/or Customer. Ensure preparation and incorporation of all the Work Methods as required by the contract and corresponding Inspection & Test Plans and Formats. Responsible to maintain (QMS) PQP effectively and efficiently at site. Identify material sources, and interface with engineer for tests, conduct material tests and ensure conformity with specifications & standards. Plan and coordinate for conduct of Product Quality Ratings. Conduct inspection tour to identify quality related issues, closing of NCR’s, implement best practices etc. Inspection and approval for incoming materials. Prepare Monthly QA/QC report. Follow up of Closure of NCR/Observations.
Responsible to ensure the coordination of the QA/QC inspections. Assist the QA/QC Manager in his duties and or absence, in all issues concerning Quality Control and Assurance work.
Raising non-conformance report (NCR).
Review submitted quality documents and test reports by the contractors and sub-contractors.
Inspection on site and on vendor facilities.
Ensure that the works are carried out using the latest Drawing Revisions, Approved work method statements and ITPs.
Ensure that Third Party Inspectors carry out the testing requirements, sampling and storage are in accordance with contract specifications and relevant standards.
Follow-up of corrective actions and non-conformities to ensure compliance of Contractor/Subcontractors with Approved Quality Plans.
Ensure proper filling of all related QA documentation and Contractor/Subcontractor have necessary documentation systems in place in evidence of QA compliance.
Monitor QA/QC plans of Contractor/Subcontractors and ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO latest revision.
Assigned in Saudi Aramco Project, Construction of Industrial Support Facilities/Khursaniyah Gas Plant Project, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for the quality control surveillance and inspection of civil works including inspection of materials for construction, earthworks, excavation, backfill, blinding, formworks, reinforcements, embedded items and anchor bolts, concrete placement, curing, tanking, waterproofing, grouting, installation and testing of underground piping, civil building works, asphalt and concrete paving according to project specification, drawing, procedures, method statement and approved vendor/material supplier recommendation, approved quality control procedures and inspection test plans.
Coordinates with other disciplines, ensure that all activities requiring inspection within the activity have been inspected and approved. Accompany client inspection representative to carry out routine inspections to release hold points, maintain quality records as proof of inspection conforming to specifications.
Assigned as Project Engineer and Quality Control Inspector. Responsible for clients quality control and assurances of materials testing of asphalt, concrete and soils prior to installation. Checking of plans, drawings, formworks, earthworks, roadwork, structural and non-structural concrete, steelworks, woodworks, grouting, pre-engineered structures, punch listing, closing and review of quality control procedures for civil works.
Checking, inspection, testing of OSP aerial and underground copper and fiber optic cable installation and repair, conduct preliminary and final acceptance test prior to commissioning of Outside Plant Facilities for Telecommunication works.
As Operations Staff Engineer, working with Operation Manager. Responsible for planning, estimating and supervision to carry out repair works, building of new facilities such as construction of satellite calling offices, exchange centers and other fixed asset facilities. Assist in the operation and maintenance of buildings and other outside plant facilities.
As Planning Supervisor/Telecom Engineer, working with Network Group, Planning and Engineering Department. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department regarding costumers and subscribers demand that will incorporate with planning and design purposes of rigid or flexible Outside Plant Cable Network. Monitoring and inspection of construction activities such as tower erection, outside plant cabinets, underground duct banks and manholes, pole & pole line assembly and cable installation.
Handling several engineers that will comprise the design group such as costing, scheduler, drafting and others. Conduct staking surveys, pole line hardware assembly inspection and checking, site instruction and inspection of aerial and underground OSP Cable Network facilities. Preliminary and Final Acceptance Test prior to commissioning and turn-over.
Responsible for materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractor management for Housing and Subdivision Development, Construction of Road and Highways, Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects. Conduct plan reading, estimates, manpower supervision, materials requisition, construction supervision and control.
Coordinate with other discipline to carry out immediate completion of activity, punch listing and closing. Coordinate with Quality Control Inspection to check whether it is in accordance with design specification and procedures.
Assigned in Quality Control & Hydrology Department - Water Supply Section. Responsible for the inspection of activities for the construction of water supply facilities such as Shallow Well Pumps, Deepwell Pumps and Spring Development Projects for level I, level II and level III types.
Conduct physical inspection, location and site verification surveys for proposed, ongoing and completed water supply facilities. Coordinate with local government units (LGU) for the immediate construction and completion of projects.
Conduct the formation of the Barangay Waterworks and Sanitation Associations, orientation of members regarding proper maintenance of completed and turn-over projects.
