• Arranging meetings with our clientele’s and newly requested appointments.
• Preparing Internal Memo for all Staff and Admin Personnel’s.
• Screening telephone business related inquiries, taking down messages and handling them when appropriate;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• Handling business correspondence and writing letters, forwarding notes, and follow-up and taking down notes from the Resident Manager.
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing e-mail, post.
• Arranging travel and Hotel accommodation within and outside U.A.E
• Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing letters for quick reference and access.
AS CUM ACCOUNTS:
• Prepare Consultancy Agreement (Contract Agreement with New Client / project).
• Prepare Invoice to client and variations.
• Prepare receipts (cheques received from client)
• Prepare Interim Payments and certification related to projects
• Responsible for office purchase and prepare LPO (office supplies / office tools by means of LPO)
• Prepare Summary Payments with the Company’s Creditors.
• Preparing Statement of accounts of client.
• Follow up payments.
