Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities
The main activity is down time the site down time:
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Work within expense limits established.
• Sites acceptance from subcontractors (PAT & FAT).
• Troubleshoot the equipment’s entire site (Generators, Cabinets RBS, Hybrid, GSM antennas and Microwaves.)
• Installation of GSM antennas.
• Clear alarms on the RBS using OMT.
• Check transmission system using mini-link craft & clear alarms in the microwave.
• Installation of Microwave Radio link and alignment of links.
• Support in VSAT (support field engineers in regions troubleshooting and commissioning new sites).
• VSAT immigration from ARAB SAT to INTEL SAT.
• Changing faulty parts of VSAT.
• Site Survey.
• Fueling sites.
• Responsible for maintaining the network services infrastructure and IT equipment’s in my department (Hydrology and Survey).
• Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training and special projects.

Responsible for the design and development of solar energy systems and all other aspects involved in the solar sector. This includes systems development to troubleshooting, and from research to management duties.
Optical Fibers (Termination and Cabling).
Responsible for field technician roles which involve examination and inspection of solar systems, installation of solar systems, and perform service and repair duties
Other responsibilities:
• Site survey to ensure that a particular site is suitable for installation.
• The configuration of the modem i-Direct (Downloading the packages to the modem and then the option file after requesting it from the ISP, so that the modem can be ready for the client.)
• The connection of the network D-Link, Linksys (The wireless router configuration and connect all the machines through the network).
• Changing the faulty LNB, BUC, IDIRECT MODEMS and Service.
• Support the Clients (as in internet services, LAN network infrastructure and IT equipments).
