I prepare the scoping / feasibility study, cost estimate and feasibility calculations of various projects. Study & review conceptual design, cost estimate, single line and riser diagrams associated with the project. The areas covered are power distribution, communication, automation, control and specialized electrical systems, such as power distribution & switch gears maintenance, installation of new fire alarm system, arm barrier, CCTV system, PA system, nurse calling system and much other system which used in the hospital. Besides to the 132 million Saudi Riyal hospital renovation project under BECHTEL consultancy.

• Renovation of the hospital electrical system.
• CCTV project
• Nurse calling system.
• Upgrading the 110 VAC line to 220VAC
• Preform the heavy yearly preventive maintenance for hospital incomers 1 &2, switch gears & transformers.
• Preform the yearly maintenance for the BOILERS.
• Preform the yearly maintenance for the HVAC system.
• lead engineer for special renovation project in the hospital (state of the art new lab & pharmacy ) by doing all the engineering shop drawings, prepare material specification and project management.
• monitor & supervise all maintenance work .
my role is to lead the technical department to preform all engineering job which covers design, contract review, prepaering scope of work, consultation, bid reviewing and evaluation, equipemnt specification ...etc
my duties is heading a department to cover all building management mattersbesides to repaire, maintaine all workshop machines. then all miletery related equipment to keep the workshop in full oeration and ready at all time
my role was heading IT team to implement all required sofware and networking issue such as programming in C++, Dolphi, lab view
duties were to do all required equipment calibration and to maintain all autoamted test satation in full operation
