Key responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports, by planning data collection, organize and ensure all transactions
are recorded.
• Data collection from subsidiaries and analyse their performances quarterly.
• Trial balance analysis for summary significant account.
• Develop accounting and management policies & procedures.
• Manage, control bank loan reconciliation and Bank loan analysis by reviewing loan
agreement.
• Coordinating yearly budgeting activities and forecasting company revenues on each
quarter.
• Contract review analysis before executing project by determining project financing scheme
• Monitors and report project performance including costs, billing, and receivables, cash flow
(sales reconciliation between Account receivable and payment).

preparing aging schedule for account receivable and provision for doubtful account.

▪ Calculating exchange rate differentiation of multi currencies.
▪ Preparing and verify billing documents to comply internal procedure including tax regulation
(Value Added Tax and withholding tax)
▪ To discuss audit finding / issue both from internal auditor or external auditor (government
auditor, public accountant or tax authority).
