• Acquire corporate digital alliance with banking and non-banking allies to increase product range as well as Co-Branding of services.
• Heading products from start to end like alliance, integration, launch, support, product life cycle.
• Finding ways to better engage with banks and other service providers through deeper client relationships.
• Handle and motivate the sales team to achieve sales target of the company through dealer and distributor network. Formulating plans and strategies for revenue generation.
• Create retail network for B2B products: Domestic Remittance, AePS, IRCTC, Prepaid Card, Aadhar Pay, Bill Payment, BBPS etc.
• Implement business development plans for achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Market feedback, close supervision of competitor’s activities. Drive sales & marketing initiatives as per market to achieve desired targets.
• Corporate Alliance with banking and non banking companies to increase product range.
• Track sales productivity & efficiency for the individuals & suggesting measures to improve the same.
• Take care of new product development and product improvement with the help of IT team.
• Head Operation activities for north India.
Responsible for overall setup of B2B and B2C Business (Fin-tech) across North India.
•B2B: Remittances-DMT, AEPS, Recharges and Bill Payments.
•B2C: Mobile Wallet, Merchant Wallet, MPOS, Prepaid Card.
•Create retail network for B2B and B2C business across North India.
•Responsible for new product development and operation.
•Corporate Alliances with banking and non banking companies to increase product range.
Overall responsibility of DMT (Remittance), Mobile Wallet, Merchant Wallet and Prepaid Card sales in Delhi NCR.
•Supervise a team of TSM and FOS for DMT, Prepaid Card and Merchant Wallet.
•Create retail network (Retail Outlet and Distributor) for DMT and Prepaid Card.
•Overall responsibility of B2B and B2C Business, new product development and operation
