 Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
 Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, review assumptions with strategic objectives.
 Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
 Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
 Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
 Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data and assumptions.
 Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
 Summarize key findings and highlight areas of concern or improvement.
 Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
 Analyze key drivers and assumptions to validate forecast accuracy.
 Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
 Respond to management inquiries and provide actionable insights for consolidated financials.
 Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial planning and analysis processes.
 Prepare, monitor and control the budget analysis and forecasting with realistic budget.
 Liaison with auditors, tax agent, banker, government bodies and company secretary.
 Process and review Vat and Corporate Tax matters and submit on time
