• Achievement of sales targets with desired Productivity from DSAs, DSTs by tapping different customer segments - SMEs, government employees & residential areas.
• Train Channel allocated staff as per defined standards and monitor daily operations.
• Coordination with Channel Manager for the definition of initiatives (events) that could work at area level.
• Ensure operation efficiency at the DSA front and tracking and supervision of the activities of channels
• Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes, promotions, etc.).
• Hiring, training and motivating the team to achieve sales objectives.
• Imparting training on product knowledge, product features, VAS and basic selling skills and insights into the company’s policies and system.
• Ensure high productivity & motivation of all FOS/sales executives.
• Monitor and raise complaints, and propose actions to solve them.
• Ensuring minimum disconnections due to zero usage, pre cpv negative and first bill defaults.
• Work in conjunction with senior management on problem identification and resolution

Role and Responsibilities:-

• To achieve the gross Postpaid sales target allocated to channel for the given

• Ensuring minimum disconnections due to zero usage, pre cpv negative and first bill defaults.
• Work in conjunction with senior management on problem identification and resolution.
