Roles & Responsibilities:
•Manage the Units Operation according to the operating procedure and ensure that the water production is in line with the specification.
•Manage the Chemical Consumption Operation according to the requirement and ensure that each important parameters of water treatment like pH, ORP, Chlorine, TDS, Conductivity, Turbidity etc. is under the limits.
•Manage Shift Operators, Lab Operators and SCADA Operators
•Manage Process Reporting Data, Daily Operation Data and send it to Senior Authorities.
•Manage Material Consumption, Chemical Consumption records and make request for Material, Chemical, equipment when required.

•Operation& Maintenance of Instruments System in Water Treatment Plant
•Make Weekly and Monthly report of Operation data and instruments and troubleshoot the problem if occur.
•Responsible for supervision and monitoring of instrument calibration and maintenance of process
