Facilitate, coordinate the operational aspects of the property in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the value of the owner’s asset.
Planning day to day civil work activities with tentative completion dates after site allocation.
□ Co-coordinating with Site and office for Drawing & document Issues of mall construction.
□ Preparing Inspection reports. and working drawings using auto cad for tenant fit out.
□ Accomplishing the given task and to ready the sites for installation in specified time.
□ Controlling and monitoring each construction activity related to sites.
□ Maintaining regular coordination between supervisors, site Engineers, Civil & Electrical vendors
to facilitate timely work accomplishment. Implementing work methods for electrical and
mechanical activities.
□ Performing quality checks and arranging Rectifications as necessary. Carrying out work
Measurements
□ Accurately keeping Pre-Concrete & Pour Concrete card details before & after completion of
Concrete works.
Project (Telecom)
□ Planning day to day activities of all concern drawing approval, estimation, concreting work
with tentative completion dates after site allocation.
□ Controlling and monitoring each construction activity related to sites
□ Maintaining regular coordination between supervisors, site Engineers, Network & O&M
Engineers Civil & Electrical vendors to facilitate timely work accomplishment.
