Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations.
Coordinating and supervising construction workers
Selecting and ordering the right tools and materials for a job
Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout a project
Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.
Performing regular safety inspections
Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with main contractor.
* Lead project execution in terms of schedule, budget and scope
* Responsible for quality and safety standards.
* Management of contract variations to support new customer needs
* Assistance to coordination meetings with internal and external clients
* Steer, organize and lead project team and suppliers. Insure operational management of project team & suppliers
* Monitor, control & report project execution status.
* Arranging Subcontractors for new projects.
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
* Assist the Project Manager in order to identify the requirements of the project for better Scope.
* Ensure your subordinates preform task as required.
* Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety and sanitation standards are being met.
* Guide managerial and industrial personnel by providing technical advice regarding design, construction, structural repairs, and program modifications.
* Coordination with main contractor.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center (KFSH)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in order to identify the requirements of the project for better Scope.
Established and implemented work schedules and adjusted them to meet project deadlines.
Ensured all site personnel used quality workmanship in accordance with plans and client needs.
Adjusted work schedules as needed in order to meet all project deadlines.
Providing site work schedule and progress report to the Project Manager.
Ensures the work done by the subcontractors in the site is according the project specification and time schedule.
Ensures technical standard of safety and security are implemented in all project sites.
Allocates the available resources on site among the available concrete activities on daily basis.
Reviews structural shop drawings before submitting it to site team.
Coordinates any misunderstanding in shop drawings between site team and technical office.
Reviews weekly schedules with site team; (material, equipment and manpower).
Hands over all completed concrete item to QC engineer on site.
Dealing with Consultant.
Dealing with subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of quantities of material required for the work.
Managing material supply on time for smooth progress of the work.
Dealing with Consultants.
Monitoring the work of Supervisors and Foremen.
Execution of the planned work.
Coordination with Subcontractors.
Quality management with Subcontractors.
Man power planning and scheduling.
Preparation of Bills.
