This is a programme leadership role to plan, organise and deliver the UK Government's bi-lateral humanitarian support, valuing £ 30 million, for the floods affected population in Pakistan.
This role was to work as Programme Responsible Owner (PRO) and lead delivery and portfolio assurance of the Date and Research in Education (DARE) portfolio of £23 million - a national level investment aims to strengthen the education data system.
Achievements:
• Worked on public-private partnership intervention for the Government of Punjab in the education sector to increase the student enrollment from 430, 000 students to 2, 600, 000 over five years. Specifically worked in the priority districts to increase female student enrolment by 285, 000.
• Delivered a £35million aid through the Government of the Punjab, Pakistan and civil society organisations for education reforms across the province. This helped the government and the civil society organisation to build additional 2, 600 public schools, upgraded 110 model schools, rehabilitated 1, 000 science and informational technology laboratories each across 20 districts in Punjab - benefitting over 200, 000 children.
Achievements:
• Led relationship with civil society organizations and effectively collaborated with a range of the NGOs for public service delivery and addressing civil society operating space.
• Successfully led the project implementation of technical assistance to the Government of Punjab and achieved roadmap targets of 95% participation rate and 94% solid waste collection rate in 6 districts
• Co-led to organize a policy dialogue between FCDO and the Government of the Punjab and successfully concluded the event with participants claiming 95% satisfaction on meeting the objective of the dialogue.

• Successfully managed the programme and ensured that all financial reports, progress reports and the Project Completion Report (PCR) were completed on time and lessons were shared with all stakeholders.
