Leading a team of 130+ personnel.
Monitor, evaluate and counsel the manpower of more than 8, 000 on site including 650+ staff. Coordinate All HR & Admin Functions between Site and head office
Manage & Supervise All HR & Admin Activities on site
Coordinate with all other departments on site and on other projects including PMV, Stores, Finance, IT, HSE, etc. and acting as a mediator among all the departments.
Analyse internal processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve Hr & admin operations for effective support of construction team.

Oversee monthly preparation of Payroll sheets and ensure accurate entry in the ERP (Oracle JDE)
• Prepared & Reviewed statistical reports and other related requirements for manpower (Making Daily, weekly and Monthly Reports for the total manpower on site).
• Preparing manpower mobilization and demobilization schedule during the different phases of project.
• Conduct Training/Orientation for new staffs on general HR & Project policy issues
• Maintain close communications with managers, supervisors and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that they are fully aware of internal & external training & development opportunities.
• Arrange training and development programs, using external firms and consultants.
• Implementation of Talent Management System.
• Maintain training track sheet for all staff and ensure that all staff get equal opportunity for training
• Coordinating for the staff probationary and other periodic evaluations
• Provide orientation to staff on annual performance process
• Institute and manage a performance management processes (Annual Performance Appraisal, Mid-Term Review, Team Operating Plan, etc.) for all organizational staff.
• Handling day to day issues Such as-
a) Daily attendance monitoring b) Absence management c) Performance management
d) Internal transfers on site e) Bank accounts f) Salary issues
g) Overtime h) Medical and health issues i) Sick & Annual Leave
i) Taking disciplinary and administrative action as per Qatar Labour Law in case of any violations.
• Key Personnel in implementing the live Productivity monitoring on ISF Camp Project
• Supervising daily entering of activities of individual labours in ERP system.
• Liaison with Construction Managers and Cost control for smooth flow of data
• Accurate record of Idle time and Justification from Engineers
a) Overseeing a team of data entry operators for fulfilment of productivity monitoring
b)Active participation with SBG (owner) Managers to ensure a smooth and effective rollout of the productivity monitoring system on site.
Mobilization, demobilization of all kind of equipment & manpower to and from the sites.
Arrangement of third part trainings for labour & staff and taking third party approval/certification for heavy equipment on site.
Assets management, handling admin store and issuing and maintaining the record of porta cabins, containers and furniture on site, prepared and implemented procedures for the internal and external transfer of all mentioned.
Handling all the stationary issuance on site, right from making purchase request to distribution on both the projects as per the requirements.
Handling the kitchen and cleaning material on site, from making purchase requests to distribution of material on the Projects.
Setting up and maintaining the drinking water stations on the projects
Maintaining all the washrooms and ensuring the supply of water and removal of sewage on time
Ensuring the proper supply of all type of water (sweet, salt, treated water) on site as per the requirement of different zones in both the project.
Setting up weigh bridge station on site
Managing waste & scrap removal from site.
Transportation of all labor to and from the site.
Handling food distribution in site mess hall right from packing food in the camp to bringing on site to serving the labour.
Signing monthly cards for generator, admin vehicles and all the buses.

• Candidate sourcing by extensively using the Job Portals, News paper adds, Internal Databases, Overseas manpower consultancies, Career Fairs, Referrals etc.

Performance Appraisal

• Participating in yearly performance appraisal assessing and evaluation process
• Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies and procedures

Payroll & Compensations
• Leave administration through ERP (Annual leave, Sick leave, Emergency leave etc.)
• Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)

Exit Interviews
• Scheduling Exit Interviews and handling the queries related to Full & Final Settlement of employees
• Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation

Employee Relation Activities
• Involve people for various activities like Birthday Celebrations, National Festival celebrations, Sports & Cultural activities & other Welfare activities
• Handling & resolving employee grievance.
