• Checking material allocation conducted by
designer/sub-contractor.
• Follow up the Local Authority Approvals &
Clearance
• Ensure the utilization of existing material/stock.
• Review and approve project working Budget,
prepared by QS team in coordination with
Project Manager upon finalization.
• Review monthly payment application (invoice)
project wise and approve accordingly.
• Follow up with the sub-contractor / client for due
and overdue payments.
• Preparing Shop Drawings
• Preparing As Built Drawing
• Material requisition review and budgeting.
• Site manpower management
• Site Petty cash handling
• Product Quality Inspecting
• Following up the daily operations and report to
Project Manager
• Maintain Safety and Legality
