Key Result Areas:
-Finding of the new supplier and discussing the new product requirements and ideas.
-Supplier coordination for sampling, price negotiation, and packaging development.
-Checking the formulation requirements and ensure the samples are meeting specifications.
-Coordinating for product registration process with registration agent and manufacturer.
-Checking the weekly inventory status and placing the repeat orders of the already launched SKUs.
-Coordinating with packaging team to develop the new artworks and getting the printed container samples.
-Working with content team to develop the content for the product, nomenclature options and variant names.
-Raising the payment request to the account team for processing the advance and balance payments for each order.
-Coordinating with the supplier for preparing the shipping related documents and with logistics team to uplift the stock.
-Monitor inventory by SKU through a detailed database of stock and sales across multiple warehouses
-Drive production order placement to meet demand/forecasts within constraints of inventory goals
-Establish supply plan to determine the appropriate quantity, receipt date, and warehouse location to support customer demand
-Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products
-Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or exporters
-Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements
-Maintain a supplier evaluation system and coordinate with vendors to help improve their performance
-Manage and/or execute procurement related functions (e.g. develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks)
-Monitor the procurement spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
-Follow-up with vendors on back-orders and notify operations of impacts to project ship dates
-Communicate with vendors when purchase orders are due to be received to ensure they are on track
-Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand
-Follow-up with vendors to ensure purchase orders have correct price, freight charge, and delivery date
