in indenting of Coal, Cement, Pulses, Sugar, Rice, Wheat, oil seeds and Fertilizers.
The group also involve in shipping, Stevedoring, handling and chartering services.
Responsibilities:
* Handling and looking after logistics/forwarders, customs, buyers, buying
houses etc.
* Reviewing monthly schedules
* Tracing orders for concerned departments and providing suggestions to
eliminate non-conformance's which can delay the orders
* Follow-up for sending booking/e-booking to the forwarder for upcoming
shipments
* Collaborating and synchronizing shipping programs with clearing agents,
follow-up and responsible for preparation of custom documents containing
custom invoice/form ‘E' as well as B/L/Electronic B/L instruction
* Acting as the liaison with the clearing agent/shipping line for the B/L and
shipping bills
* Preparation of all the shipping documents as per L/C and dispatching of
Buyers documents to either buyer or buying house
* Follow-up & Response to customer complaints and make communication with
the customers/buying house about their specification
* Preparing Presentation on Power Point and maintaining document
* Customer dealing & customer services
* Data Handling, Data Entry
* At a time Multitasking Work
* Customer dealing with Different aspects
* Taking Calls and provide the solutions according to the situation
* Managing and monitor the monthly report
* Gathering business and functional requirements
* Communication with the vendors for any change in the business
* Collection of Quotation from suppliers
