As Head of Technology - PMO, Programme Delivery & Digital Transformation GAC I took on ownership for the Transformation function, given full control over the change of Technology Services across the globe. Responsible for changing and transforming over 20 units, all to achieve an outcome of value creation, saving, effectiveness or modernisation. Created a digital strategy, enterprise data and analytics programme, digital centre of excellence, governance framework, portfolio based on priority and automation portfolio. I managed over 25 resources directly and over 40 indirectly. I reported to the CIO in this role.

UAE VAT system, under the new legislation for 2019 a VAT system was required to be implemented for the accounting department
Security Operations Centre Level 2, I have managed and led a technical team to deliver a globally central security operations centre located within the Middle East
Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, I implemented an MDM solution for the entire global company to manage the security, user policy and content management of devices in line with the companies audit, security and compliance.
Bitlocker, I enabled the bitlocker solution to all end users to ensure data integrity and security in case of devices being intercepted
Employee self-service application, I delivered this application which enabled the employees of the business to: apply for leave, request a no objection letter, request a company loan, complete their mid year and end of year review, view, download and print payslips, view pay history and its breakdown
Vehicle Tracking solution, I implemented a solution which enabled the business to monitor their drivers and their locations, speeds and movements throughout the working day.
Windows 10 upgrade, I migrated all users of the business from Windows 7 to Windows 10 this was for the entire global business and was implemented in a phased approach effecting over 10, 000 users.
CHEOPS ERP Application Decommissioning and migration, as part of the overall objectives of the business I completed the decommissioning of the CHEOPS application and migrated all existing data and content to IFS application for ERP, EAM and PPM solution. Outcome cost reduction of over £500k GBP in annual support to CHEOPS.
Developed and delivered Electronic Funds Transfer capability (EFT) between the incumbent ERP solution and bank with controls, approvals and processes in place in line with SOX compliance
