• Experienced Human Resources Business Partner/Manager with strong delivery focus and commercial awareness, work closely with the business to achieve corporate objectives and add value by understanding the needs to achieve results through aligning HR practices and procedures to business needs.
• Works with administrative and operational management to forecast and plan staffing needs, and responsible for development of a recruitment strategy/plan to meet these requirements
• To supervise CV searches, shortlists, candidate interviews and reference checks to determine if candidates are suitable for internal opening/s or for retention on the HR database
• Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
• Creates and monitors, in conjunction with each department, the annual recruitment budget
• Ensures the Recruitment and Staffing activities are accomplished
• Directs the internal and external recruitment efforts, including internal and external job posting (recruitment agencies, job portals, job fairs and other avenues of recruitment)
• Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, educational institutions and other recruitment sources, evaluates their services and recommends most suitable body for specific recruitment needs
• Develops, implement and maintain ‘best practice’ recruitment and selection policies, systems, procedures, and tools including strategies and selection techniques which are in line with legislative and SBT policy.
• Provide monthly/ weekly analysis reports on various recruitment activities
• Advise management on organizing, preparing or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
• Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel.
