Worked with IBM India PVT LTD as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager and handled many IBM accounts in various roles, and successfully delivered IT, Telecom, Aviation, Banking (BFSI) and Real-estate end-to-end Projects- like ‘Oracle Database Migration, Data Center Implementation/Migration, Data Center Consolidation / Virtualization Project, Lotus Notes to Exchange Migration, Security Product Implementation, Business continuity planning & DR site Implementation and Microsoft Active Directory / Massaging Infrastructure Deployment, Office & end User Migrations / Move.

Project Description: SVN system is leading partner of IBM, I was deputed to ABNAMRO account as DataCenter Operation Lead. Manage key data center vendor’s service contracts and performance. Serve as the strategic interface with partners for the purpose of IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
This consists of maintaining existing & new Data Centers. Provide ongoing technical and leadership expertise in supporting the Data Centers, including growth and scalability requirements.
Provide low level vendor management and assist in vendor selections.
Establish standards for Data Centers, including capacity planning, lights out operations, Data Centers equipment inventory.
Manage access to the data centers, ensuring appropriate security control are maintained at each facility and reporting to management about data center access.
Responsible for notifying and coordinating projects directly affecting business users.
Asset management for Software, Hardware and Network equipment.
Enforce strict Change Management policies regarding productions changes. Must be a consistent participant in weekly Change Management meetings.
Responsible to assist in creating and enforcing technology standards for production related systems.
Managed the project and lead the team for building the automation process of OS and end users application.
Create and validate metrics reports regarding the current and future state of all critical IT systems within the region, ensuring compliance with global policies.
