 Managing the accounting and finance function for management entities of Retail Group.
 Responsible for complete accounting cycle for assigned Branches. (Revenue, Expense, Closing & Reporting)
 Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through monthly reviews and variance reporting and recommendation of improvement initiatives.
 Co-ordinate with Group Treasury for fund requirements & reporting requirements of the banks in the agreed formats.
 Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, preparation of monthly reports, financial statements and variances explanation.
 Preparation of monthly / Quarterly and Yearly Stock/Inventory and Order management Process.
 Independently handle month-end close process, perform reviews and reconciliations.
 Making GRN / Making Production forms and deducting the Stock from the system.
 Taking all the Item movement report for making Orders
 Submitting all the Stock Status Report to the Purchase Department (Monthly).
 Supervise perpetual stock counts, and Valuation of stock & WIP for year-end closing reports reconciling with ERP stock reports,
 Handling various accounts like General ledger Accounts, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts payables
