Handled an annual business portfolio of PKR 7.5 Billion (USD 76 Mio) Ex-Nestlé Pakistan and PKR 800 Mio (USD 8 Mio) Ex-Nestrade for Nestlé Afghanistan. Strategies to ensure profitable business growth in Nestrade business which includes trade marketing, sourcing, portfolio enhancement and pricing, in close coordination with Nestrade leads globally.
Responsibilities includes delivering the agreed business & growth objectives for the Afghanistan Market, while leading the sales team in Afghanistan, end to end importer management, sales forecasting, internal & external collaboration on behalf of Nestlé Pakistan and Exports documentation and Compliance Developed a business growth model for Afghanistan by establishing a separate footprint strategy in Market Business Strategy document 2020.
Managed distributor salesforce for Nestlé F&B and Nutrition in Islamabad Region, with business worth around Rs.1 Billion (USD 10 million) per annum.
Managed an own start up firm for distribution of MNC products & provided BTL activation solutions.
Responsible for the Plan & build of IPTV projects on optical fiber in UK for 230 sites which includes analysis, costing, vendor management, commissioning and installation.
