Main Responsibilities/Duties
•WAN, LAN installation, integration, troubleshooting and monitoring
•Technical support of Fiber (GPON, Metro), WiMAX, Radio, DSL, 3G/4G & Satellite links in Central (Punjab) Region.
•Monitoring of clients WAN links of GPON Media on Huawei NMS U2000
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including all above mentioned technologies
•Troubleshooting of MPLS, internet and Managed Services links of corporates clients
•CYBERNET network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
•Complaint resolution and troubleshooting of the Access and Transmission network as defined in SLAs. Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
•Internal coordination with Teams (NOC, Fiber) & external coordination with vendors, Customers-IT staff for smooth & timely issues resolution.
•Meet with threshold service delivery and support time duration targets
Designing, development, maintenance of Websites & Web application’s as per projects scope.
•Modification, testing of projects as per client requirement.
•Documentation of projects, Coordination & support to clients.
Specialization of Study is Computer Networks, implemented MPLS Project as Semester Project, Member of University Extra curriculum activities.
