Visit different organization using laser printers and Service their laser printers at regular intervals.
Ensure the toner is well fixed to the printer and it is not prone to any damages or leakages.
Verify if the laser beam generates the electrostatic rays on the drum at accurate angles and provide actual image of the designs.
Find out the reason for inappropriate fonts or smearing of ink and make repairs to correct the defect.
Dissemble the printer and observe the components to identify the malfunctioning parts.
Make sure the toner dispenses the powder in accurate amounts.
Make certain the fuser assembly runs efficiently and provides sufficient heat and pressure on to the paper.
Verify the movement of the rollers to ensure the paper moves smoothly from the time it is inserted till it rolls out.
