Reconciliation of Bank on monthly, semi annually & annually basis.
Responsible for backup of Accounting & Stock system on monthly basis and sending to Lebanon head office for completion of consolidated statements.
To generate Daily Rental, Monthly Rental and Lease invoices on monthly basis for all over the Riyadh region clients.
Ensure generation of invoices as per customer commitments.
Flag and communicate any invoicing or rental agreement errors identified when applying billing.
Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Maintaining and updation of customer tariffs.
Posting all price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Reconciliation of accounts in respect of their current SOA.
Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
Perform other general accounting duties as requested such as Cash Management, Cash Forecast (Weekly and Monthly), Bank Reconciliations Etc.
