.Manages the company wide treasury function, including being the primary contact for the banking relationship, coordinating and authorizing all banking relationships.
.Coordinating with Trade Finance Team in Bank for processing of Letter of Credits and Guarantees.
•Coordinating with Relationship manger in Bank for Finance Facilities, Project Facilities and Other kind of MIS.
• Generation of MIS reports.
• Month end closing and reporting for corporate.
• Report cash operation to Finance Director.
• Handling accounts up to Finalization and Direct Finance Audit.
• Monitors bank account information for all accounts and also ensures timely reconciliation.
• Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal and fixing up arrangements of working capital.
• Coordinate monthly cash flow and working capital reviews with the senior leadership as a forum for program status.
• Debtor management and credit control as per company policy.
• Keeping effective liaison with clients.
• Anticipate and Manage Short borrowing needs.
• Establish new general ledger accounts as necessary.
• Maintain reports and schedules for fixed assets and other sub le dgers.
• Payables Management both Suppliers and Contracts.
• Contract Payment Processing.
• Generating report of material purchase of various projects both item wise and project wise.
• Review the Project Analysis.
• Determine cross currency pool movements.
• Establish Credit Facility with New Suppliers/Vendors.
• Petty Cash Handling.
• Performance of daily cash management and forecasting activities.
• Resolve cash issue in a timely manner.
• Salary Processing and Distribution.
• Coordinate with Logistics Team in matter of Customs Clearance.
• Overall in charge of administration activities.
• Coordination with PM and Head of the department for Project Status.
• Coordinate with HR for Co-staff’s needs.
