Currently Working as SME (Transition) client end facing and helping to integrate Client Infrastruture with IBM (IMI) standards for continuous Steady State Support as per process.
Completed Integration with Steady State for Couple of Transitions (NYK / Suncor / Bojangels / ) and currently working to integrate with IMI for Weatherford & Sahara Petrochemicals.
Network is concentrated around 3 tier architecture and having Access/Distribution/Core Switches and all of Cisco Shop and complex environment with multiple tiers of firewall (Checkpoint / Juniper) along with Provention (IPS) to protect the permiter space .
All the Traffic from Internet is monitor with Arbor Device for any DDOS attacks mirror image is passed onto ISP to verify if any mailicious attacks do happen on a financial network.
Totally we have around 35000 Devices globally and a sound protection to network and all the changes to environment has been verified and QA done before implementation as per ITIL process.
Managed a multi vendor environment on security which includes Fortigate / Cisco ASA / Juniper and checkpoing where different levels of security been designed for DMZ / B2B environment
Working as Individal Contribution (Network Solution Architect) along with 25 people who were involved in managing the customer networks which was outsourced tto HP as part of IMS service offered to customers ITS NOT NOC but a CCD (Contact Centre) where solutions were discussed with precision along with value add services which are making customer come back to HP year after year.
