o Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory and Domain Structure

Job Responsibilities
o Successfully driving the win rate within assigned Microsoft UC opportunities through the technical sales engagements (Whiteboard, Presentations, Trials, POCs, etc.)
o Developing partner engagements that drive UC deployment opportunity pipeline, including messaging, IM/presence, conferencing, unified messaging and voice.
o Developing a bill of materials and architecture that feeds into a solution proposal.
o Managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for opportunities focused on Unified Communications
o Convincing competitive customers that Microsoft has a technically superior solution.
o Drive current Unified Communications clients to adopt additional online products
o Work with customers to align Microsoft technology to their most critical business needs
o Support sales account team in architect-driven pre-sales initiatives
o Align with and support Microsoft business groups and product teams
o Provide pre-sales technical quality assurance to ensure the correct solutions are architected to address customer problems and ensure proper handoff to Microsoft Services or a Microsoft Partner
o Ensuring that self-readiness, the readiness of other TSPs and team members are maintained for Microsoft's Unified Communications solutions.
o Deploy, Configure and manage VMware solutions.
o Maintain the highest level of availability, reliability and performance for VMware and associated Products.
